Agile Data Delivery: Επιχειρησιακή Καινοτομία με GitOps & Azure CI/CD

Η ΚΑΥΚΑΣ Α.Ε., σε συνεργασία με την ERGOMAN Α.Ε., υλοποίησε ένα καινοτόμο έργο στον τομέα του DevOps & Agile, εφαρμόζοντας πλήρως αυτοματοποιημένες CI/CD ροές για Azure SQL και Azure Data Factory, στο πλαίσιο ενός απαιτητικού cloud data analytics περιβάλλοντος. Η λύση βασίστηκε σε αρχές GitOps, εξασφαλίζοντας πλήρη ιχνηλασιμότητα, συνέπεια και σταθερότητα σε όλα τα στάδια, από την ανάπτυξη έως και την παραγωγή.
Η υλοποίηση αυτή οδήγησε σε σημαντικά μετρήσιμα αποτελέσματα: 75% ταχύτερες μεταπτώσεις μεταξύ περιβαλλόντων, 70% μείωση σφαλμάτων στο στάδιο UAT και 95% επιτυχία στα releases, ενισχύοντας τη συνολική αποδοτικότητα και αξιοπιστία του κύκλου ζωής των δεδομένων.
Fully automated AWS foundation for FAO’s InFARM platform

Sword delivered a fully automated AWS foundation for FAO’s InFARM platform. Through modular AWS CDK stacks—networking, database, containers, analytics and data replication—driven by a Bitbucket pipeline, every environment (Dev, UAT, Production) was deployed from source control with a single click. The solution enforced uniform security controls, automatic cost center tagging and native autoscaling, eliminating configuration drift and manual hand offs. Thanks to simple parameter files, FAO’s own engineers could spin up or rebuild complete environments whenever needed, confident that governance, resilience and best practice architecture would be applied consistently and sustainably.

Sword supported a major customer managing multiple, interdependent projects with strict deadlines and uncoordinated releases. Constant team reshuffling disrupted planning, weakened team culture, and made delivery unpredictable. To address this, Sword introduced stable, cross-functional teams and three-month planning events aligned with some SAFe principles. This shift enabled clearer ownership, better stakeholder alignment, and improved delivery consistency. Teams developed shared domain knowledge, enhanced collaboration, and sustainable velocity.
